IMSA Broadcast Redesign

Overview

Our design team researched and explored a variety of directions to create a new design system for the IMSA World Feed broadcast. We aimed to create a more modern, fresh, yet sophisticated look and feel for the package.

With an emphasis on minimizing the visual footprint on the screen while allowing flexibility for a dynamic presentation, I developed a versatile system that builds off a radial bug. The use of color is reserved for classes, while the use of strong blacks/grays ground the package for the viewers.

Taking inspiration from multiple sources, we looked at capturing something that would be familiar to viewers while bringing a new design that IMSA can distinctly call it's own.
